Official English notes
On 06-01-2017, this 02-13-2014 entry was amended by incorporating the bracketed wording "[clothing]" into the identification to clarify the nature of the goods. "Tops as clothing" or "Clothing, namely, tops" are acceptable identifications in Class 25 to identify clothing items. Further specification of the intended user or purpose is acceptable, but it is not required.
