Sun protective clothing is clothing that is specifically designed to protect the skin from sun exposure, and is made from fabric that protects from ultraviolet or UV exposure. It is not the same as protective clothing, in Class 9, which is life-preserving and protects from potentially life-threatening injuries to the body, such as from fire, accidents and irradiation (such as bullet-resistant vests).
