Official English notes
On 12-06-2012, the 11-01-2005 entry was modified by inserting "ceramic" into the bracketed wording to conform with the Nice Alphabetical List entry, "Busts of china, terra-cotta or glass" which was amended to "Busts of porcelain, ceramic, earthenware or glass" in Class 21, effective 1-1-13. This is not a new requirement - the modification is intended to provide guidance to the user. On 01-01-2026, this 12-06-2012 entry was modified in compliance with Nice 13-2026 by adding "clay" to the list of material compositions that may be indicated.
