On 02-13-2014, the 12-23-2010 was changed from "French memo board" in Class 20 to "French memory board" in Class 20. French memory boards are display boards that are typically covered in fabric and incorporate criss-crossing ribbons for attaching notes, photos, etc., to the board. FRENCH MEMO BOARD is a registered trademark, U.S. Reg. No. 2685192, for display boards for pictures, photographs, memos, note cards, or other paper-like products, and must not be used as a generic term in the identification of goods, TMEP 1402.09.
