10-14-2010 - The requirement to indicate the subject matter of the instruction sheets was added to the 04-02-1991 entry. It is needed for 2(d) consideration and to be consistent with IDs for other printed materials that require subject matter indications. On 01-01-2021, this 10-14-2010 entry was modified by adding the word "printed" to specify the format of the goods. Effective 01-01-2021, identifications for instruction sheets that are goods classified in Class 16 must specify that the instruction sheets are printed.
