Official English notes
On 05-22-2014, the 06-11-2009 entry "Health monitoring devices, namely, blood pressure monitors, thermometers and pedometers" was amended to replace "namely" with "consisting of" to clarify the nature of the goods. Although "pedometers" are generally classified in Class 9 as measuring devices, this entry is acceptable in Class 10 because the pedometers are merely a part of a medical apparatus used for health monitoring purposes. Medical apparatus and instruments are included in the Nice Class Heading for Class 10.
