Thermometers for medical use is acceptable wording; further specification is acceptable, but it is not required. Embedded software is recorded software that is sold as a component of the finished goods in which it is embedded. Goods that are components sold as part of other finished goods are classified in the same class as the finished goods. TMEP §1402.05(a).
