For example, chatbot software may be integrated into a hotel's website for making reservations for guests, answering questions about the hotel's location, among other things. On 01-01-2019, this 08-02-2018 entry was changed by inserting the term "downloadable" in compliance with Nice 11-2019. Under Nice 11-2019, computer software must be specified as "downloadable" and/or "recorded" to clarify the nature of the goods.
