4-29-10 - The 5-1-06 entry was amended to require specification that the flash drives are blank. This item has evolved since it was entered in 2006 to now include flash drives that are prerecorded. A prerecorded flash drive would have to indicate the content of the drive. An entry for the recorded drives has been added to the Manual.
