03-22-2012: While this wording is still acceptable, the 11-08-2007 entry is being deleted from the Manual because it is already covered by two separate entries for the particular goods. 09-05-2013: Acceptable entry status changed from "D" deleted to "X" example. On 01-01-2019, this 09-05-2013 entry was changed by inserting the term "downloadable" in compliance with Nice 11-2019. Under Nice 11-2019, computer software must be specified as "downloadable" and/or "recorded" to clarify the nature of the goods. The term "downloadable" has been inserted in this case because it is the most common format for these goods.
