03-22-2012: While this wording is still acceptable, the 11-08-2007 entry is being deleted from the Manual because it is already covered by three separate entries for the particular goods. 09-05-2013: Acceptable entry status changed from "D" deleted to "X" example. On 01-01-2019, this 09-05-2013 entry was changed by inserting the term "recorded" in compliance with Nice 11-2019. Under Nice 11-2019, computer software must be specified as "recorded" and/or "downloadable" to clarify the nature of the goods. The term "recorded" has been inserted in this case because it is the most common format for these goods.
