It was inadvertently left out of the original ID and is necessary to make the ID clear concerning the nature of the publications. 5-20-10 - Providing a website featuring specific types of downloadable publications is not an acceptable identification because it is unclear whether the applicant is offering goods in the nature of downloadable publications in Class 9 or services in the nature of website hosting in Class 42.
