Official English notes
On 1-1-2012, the 04-02-1991 entry "Meal replacement and dietary supplement drink mixes" was amended by deleting "Meal replacement and" because that portion of the ID is no longer acceptable under the 10th Edition of the Nice Agreement. Meal replacement bars and drinks adapted for medical use are in Class 5, and meal replacement bars and drinks not for medical purposes are in Classes 29-33 depending on the nature of the goods.
