Official English notes
On 1-1-2012, the 1-29-2009 entry was amended by inserting "adapted for medical use" to justify including it in Class 5 under the 10th Edition of the Nice Agreement. The 10th Edition provides that meal replacement bars and drinks adapted for medical use are in Class 5, and meal replacement bars and drinks not for medical purposes are in Classes 29-33 depending on the nature of the goods.
