These are pre-moistened with a cleaning agent. 09-18-08 - "Cleansing" inserted before "chemical." If the wipe is impregnated with some other compound, such as, a sanitizing, deodorizing or other compound that would normally be classified in Class 5, the wipe would be in Class 5 and not Class 3. Only wipes with cleansing compounds in them are in Class 3.
