04-21-2011 - For proper classification, the field or subject matter of the technical consulting service must be set forth so that it connects the content to a technical consulting service, e.g., technical consulting in the field of engineering (42), power generation (40). This entry that is designated in the "Class" field with "000" is not included in the trademark electronic filing system's version of the ID Manual. The classification for this entry varies according to its subject matter or other additional information provided within the entry. 08-20-2020 - Consultation services are in principle classified in the same classes as the services that correspond to the subject matter of the consultation. See Nice General Remarks in TMEP §1401.02(a).
