By analogy with the electrically heated clothing in the Note and the Nice Alphabetical List, electrically-heated mugs should be in Class 9 rather than Class 11. 1-1-2012 - This Class 9 electric or electrothermic apparatus entry of 6-17-2010 was transferred to Class 11 (the class of its heated, non-electric counterparts), pursuant to the 10th Edition of the Nice Agreement.
