On 03-09-2017, this 03-01-2006 entry was transferred from Class 45 to Class 42 in compliance with Nice 11-2017 based on the new Alphabetical List items, "data security consultancy" and "electronic monitoring of personally identifying information to detect identity theft via the internet." Under Nice 11-2017, computer security services for protecting data and information from unauthorized access are classified in Class 42, and physical security services for the protection of people and tangible property are classified in Class 45.
