On 5-12-2011, the 9-11-2008 entry was deleted from the Manual because it is encompassed by the existing Manual entry "hosting an on-line community web site featuring {indicate subject matter or purpose}" in Class 42. Providing a web site featuring technology that enables internet users to create, bookmark, annotate, and publicly share fitness-related data, as well as providing health and fitness professionals with a subscription-based client management system.
