06-20-2013 - Although services involving provision of general purpose facilities, such as convention centers and exhibition halls, are classified in Class 43, services involving provision of specialized facilities/facilities for a particular purpose are classified according to the intended purpose. In this case, computer server co-location serves a computer technology-related purpose. Therefore, providing facilities for computer server co-location is classified in Class 42.
