09/13/07 - original effective date; 01/07/10 - this entry was transferred from 41 to 36 because the subject matter of the videos controls the classification - not the "instructional" character of the videos. On 01-01-2014, this 01-07-2010 entry was transferred from Class 036 to Class 041. Pursuant to the Nice Classification, Tenth edition, version 2014, effective 1-1-14, services involving "providing on-line videos, not downloadable" are classified in Class 41, regardless of the subject matter of the videos.
