06-20-2013 - Although services involving provision of general purpose facilities, such as convention centers and exhibition halls, are classified in Class 43, services involving provision of specialized facilities/facilities for a particular purpose are classified according to the intended purpose. In this case, sports activities, such as gymnastics, serve a recreational purpose. Therefore, providing gymnastic facilities is classified in Class 41.
