This service involves the actual creation of the videos and the accompanying activity of distributing them to movie theatres and television stations for display to the public with the video itself being returned to the producer of the entertainment product after such display. This is different from the distribution of videotapes or other hard goods that results from the production of visual entertainment. Distribution of the hard goods may refer to retailing activities in Class 35 or transport and delivery in Class 39
