10-03-2013: The original wording of the 10-07-2010 entry "providing online interviews featuring ..." was modified to "Online publication of texts of interviews featuring ..." because as originally worded, "providing online interviews" could encompass videos that are classified according to subject matter, regardless of their educational purpose. Entry status also changed to "X" example. On 10-29-2015, this 10-03-2013 ID was amended from "Online publication of texts of interviews featuring scientists in the field of astronomy for educational purposes" to "Publication of online texts of interviews featuring scientists in the field of astronomy for educational purposes" to make clear that these services involve publishing on-line texts of others. Moreover, pursuant to the Nice Classification, Tenth edition, version 2014, effective 1-1-2014, services involving "providing on-line videos, non-downloadable," are classified in Class 41 regardless of the subject matter of the videos. However, USPTO policy requires specification of the subject matter of the videos.
