On 01-01-2016, this 11-08-2012 entry was modified from "Electronic mail services for {specify purpose, e.g., transmitting data regarding medical office administration, operations and information management, etc.}" to the current entry in compliance with the Nice Classification, Tenth edition, version 2016, effective 01-01-2016. Under Nice 10-2016 "electronic mail services" or "electronic mail" is indefinite and overly broad because the activity provided in connection with electronic mail is unclear. Electronic transmission of e-mail is acceptable wording; further specification is acceptable, but it is not required.
