Although services involving provision of general purpose facilities, such as convention centers and exhibition halls, are classified in Class 43, services involving provision of specialized facilities or facilities for a particular purpose are classified according to the intended purpose. In this case, car washing is considered a vehicle maintenance activity, see the Class 37 Explanatory Note, and "vehicle washing" appears in the Nice Alphabetical List in Class 37. Therefore, providing car washing facilities is classified in Class 37.
