02-11-2016 - Painting or repair of signs is in the Nice Alphabetical List in Class 37. Painting services are classified in Class 37 as maintenance-type activities for restoring objects to their original condition or preserving them without altering their physical or chemical properties. Painting services in Class 37 do not encompass custom painting of artwork services, which are classified in Class 41.
