1-28-10 - The 7-16-09 entry was amended to delete "building" from this Class 37 ID. Custom building or construction of boats and yachts is in Class 40 as a custom manufacture service. Only shipbuilding or ship construction is in Class 37 since the construction of a vessel the size of a ship is considered analogous to construction of a structure in Class 37. This is support by the entry in the Nice Alphabetical List of "shipbuilding" in Class 37.
