04-17-2014: This entry of 12-10-2009 was modified to accommodate the completion of the purpose for fundraising by the applicant when using the trademark electric filing system. "Charitable fundraising" is an acceptable identification in Class 36. Indication of the purpose for fundraising is permissible, but is not required.
