On 07-01-2011 this 04-02-2009 entry was modified from "Charitable fundraising services, namely, organizing and conducting musical entertainment events featuring food and wine," to "Charitable fundraising services by means of organizing and conducting musical entertainment events featuring food and wine," in order to be consistent with other charitable fundraising entries. This change emphasizes that the underlying service is that of "charitable fundraising" which is a class 36 service. The means by which the fundraising it is accomplished does not impact classification.
