Stand alone electronic game units that are not used with an external display screen or monitor are in Class 28. 1-1-2012 this entry of 8-9-2007 was transferred from Class 9 in accordance with 10th Edition of Nice Agreement. Under the 10th Edition, all game apparatus are in Class 28 because "Games and playthings" are in the Class 28 Heading.
