On 1-1-2012 this entry of 10-8-2009 was transferred from Class 9 in accordance with 10th Edition of Nice Agreement, and the wording "sold as a unit" was added to the entry. Under the 10th Edition, all game apparatus are in Class 28 because "games and playthings" are in the Class 28 Heading. On 05-07-2020, this 01-01-2012 entry was changed by inserting the term "recorded" in compliance with Nice 11-2019. Under Nice 11-2019, computer software must be specified as "downloadable" and/or "recorded" to clarify the nature of the goods.
