Because the function of the plastic vinyl sheets is not covered by the Nice Classification system, these goods are classified in Class 20 according to material composition as goods (not included in other classes)of plastics, see the Class 20 Heading. 01-01-2016: The Class 20 Heading was modified under Nice 10-2016 to move certain wording regarding material content to the Explanatory Note. Please see the Explanatory Note for Class 20 set forth in TMEP §1401.02(a).
