The wording jewelry organizer by itself is indefinite because the specific form of the organizer is not indicated. With the addition of the term, displays, these organizational display goods are comparable to the entries in Class 20 of the Nice Alphabetical List display stands and display boards, and functionally different from the specially fitted jewelry boxes found in Class 14. 01-01-2015. Pursuant to the addition of "jewelry organizer displays" in Class 20 of the Nice Classification, Tenth edition, version 2015, effective 01-01-2015, "jewelry organizer displays" is an acceptable identification; further specification of the display type is acceptable, but it is not required.
