官方英文注释
On 01-01-2013, this 11-15-2007 entry was modified by deleting "Bands" and inserting "Girths" consistent with the changes under the Nice Classification, Tenth Edition, version 2013, effective 1-1-13. A girth is a wide belt that you put around the middle of a horse to secure the saddle. This change is intended to clarify the nature of the goods.
