On 07-18-2013, this 04-02-1991 entry was modified by inserting "in further manufacture" to make clear the justification for classifying these goods in Class 17, and for consistency with other similar entries. The Class 17 Heading includes "plastics in extruded form for use in manufacture, and "plastic substances, semi-processed" appears in Class 17 of the Nice Alphabetical List. Therefore, the identification should indicate the "semi-processed" nature or further manufacture purpose of the plastic for proper classification.
