On 01-01-2017, this 04-09-2015 entry was amended by inserting a comma after the word "cards" in compliance with Nice 11-2017. 08-03-2017 - "Trading cards, other than for games" appears in the Nice Alphabetical List in Class 16. Trading cards for games are classified in Class 28. On 01-01-2021, this 01-01-2017 entry was modified by adding the word "printed" to specify the format of the goods. Effective 01-01-2021, identifications for trading cards, other than for games that are goods classified in Class 16 must specify that the cards are printed.
