On 01-01-2021, this 06-09-2011 entry was modified by adding the word "printed" to specify the format of the goods. Effective 01-01-2021, identifications for labels must indicate if the labels are "printed," "downloadable," or "recorded on computer media" (or equivalent wording) for proper classification. Labels are classified in Class 16, if printed, and in Class 9, if downloadable or recorded on computer media.
