On 01-01-2021, this 09-01-1995 entry was modified by adding the word "printed" to specify the format of the goods. Effective 01-01-2021, identifications for souvenir programs must indicate if the souvenir programs are "printed," "downloadable," or "recorded on computer media" (or equivalent wording) for proper classification. Souvenir programs are classified in Class 16, if printed, and in Class 9, if downloadable or recorded on computer media.
