On 01-01-2021, this 01-02-1997 entry was modified by adding the word "printed" to specify the format of the goods. Effective 01-01-2021, identifications for agendas must indicate if the agendas are "printed," "downloadable," or "recorded on computer media" (or equivalent wording) for proper classification. Agendas are classified in Class 16, if printed, and in Class 9, if downloadable or recorded on computer media.
