On 01-01-2021, this 04-02-1991 entry was modified by adding the word "printed" to specify the format of the goods. Effective 01-01-2021, identifications for notebooks that are goods classified in Class 16 must specify that the notebooks are printed. Printed notebooks are books with blank or ruled pages for writing notes in. "Notebook computers" are classified in Class 9.
