官方英文注释
On 01-01-2021, this 04-02-1991 entry was modified by adding the word "printed" to specify the format of the goods. Effective 01-01-2021, identifications for greeting cards must indicate if the cards are "printed," "downloadable," or "recorded on computer media" (or equivalent wording) for proper classification. Greeting cards are classified in Class 16, if printed, and in Class 9, if downloadable or recorded on computer media.
