On 01-01-2021, this 10-04-2007 entry was modified by adding the word "printed" to specify the format of the goods. Effective 01-01-2021, identifications for photographs must indicate if the photographs are "printed," "downloadable," or "recorded on computer media" (or equivalent wording) for proper classification. Photographs are classified in Class 16, if printed, and in Class 9, if downloadable or recorded on computer media. Printed photographs is acceptable wording; further specification is acceptable, but it is not required.
