12-31-2024 – This entry is intended to demonstrate that services for certification marks are classified in U.S. Class B. The identification of services in a certification mark application must describe the services of the party who will receive the certification, not the activities of the certifier/owner of the certification mark. For additional information about identifying services in applications for certification marks, see TMEP §1306.02(c).
