On 11-12-2015, this 07-20-2004 entry was modified to replace "[for medical purposes]" with "being vessels for medical purposes" in order to clarify the nature and purpose of the goods and to align the entry more closely with the language used in the Nice Alphabetical List. "Urinals [vessels]" appears in the Nice Alphabetical List in Class 10 based on the wording "medical … apparatus and instruments" in the Class 10 Class Heading. "Urinals [sanitary fixtures]" appears in the Nice Alphabetical List in Class 11 based on the wording "apparatus for … sanitary purposes" in the Class 11 Class Heading. 01-01-2018 - Urinals being vessels is acceptable wording; further specification is acceptable, but it is not required.
