Cosmetic utensils in the nature of gloves for hand conditioning are worn after applying moisturizing preparations to help the skin absorb and retain the moisturizing preparations. These goods are classified in Class 21 because the Nice Class 21 Explanatory Notes indicates that "cosmetic utensils" are included in Class 21. See also "Gloves impregnated with moisturizing preparations for the hands" in Class 3.
