官方英文注释
On 01-01-2021, this 04-02-1991 entry was modified by adding the word "printed" to specify the format of the goods. Effective 01-01-2021, identifications for postcards must indicate if the postcards are "printed," "downloadable," or "recorded on computer media" (or equivalent wording) for proper classification. Postcards are classified in Class 16, if printed, and in Class 9, if downloadable or recorded on computer media.
