The nature of the wearable computer must be indicated to enable third parties to make likelihood of confusion determinations under the Trademark Act, Section 2(d). Wearable computers that are sold as integral components of finished products are classified in class of the finished products. See TMEP §1402.05(a). For example "wearable computers in the nature of activity trackers sold as integral components of running shoes" are classified in Class 25 because the finished product is the running shoes, and running shoes are classified in Class 25.
