On 04-14-2016, the 04-12-1999 entry "Computer stands specially designed for holding a computer, printer and accessories" was modified to replace "accessories" with "computer peripherals," in order to clarify the nature of the goods referred to as "accessories" and the justification for classification of the computer stands in Class 9. The term "accessories" was indefinite and overly broad without clarification because it could encompass computer accessories classified in classes other than Class 9, such as computer cleaning brushes in Class 21.
