On 12-06-2012, this 09-16-2010 entry "Carrying cases, holders, protective cases and stands featuring power supply connectors, adaptors, speakers and battery charging devices, specially adapted for use with handheld digital electronic devices" was amended to justify classification in Class 9. Since these goods are specially adapted for use with a particular electronic device, classification of the electronic device controls classification of the cases, holders, and stands. As previously written, the ID would include cases, holders and stands for gaming devices since all game apparatus are in Class 28 because "games and playthings" are in the Class Heading.
